Equipping Schools to Succeed

Our priority at CTCSA is making sure that public charter schools across the state have the resources, guidance, and information they need to thrive. Our team generates a variety of support resources that are custom tailored to the needs of CT’s public charter schools. These span the areas of curriculum and instructional improvement, data analysis, funding and operations, and much more. We work to adapt our resources and supports to meet the changing needs of our schools.

Bringing Charter Leaders Together

Through our Quarterly Leader Meetings, specialized webinars, and partner opportunities, CTCSA works to bring Connecticut’s public charter leaders together to help them learn from each other, collaborate, and share valuable strategies in addressing shared challenges.

Training and Development for Charter Schools

Our members can access in-depth professional development opportunities for leaders, boards and parents. The Leadership Development Program, Parent Steering Committee, and Board Governance Programs are made possible by CTCSA’s Charter Schools Program grant. We're proud to provide guidance to help communities support their schools.
